Sizwe Dhlomo calls for Mzansi to pray for AKA and Nelli Tembe's family

  Media personality Sizwe Dhlomo has called on Mzansi to continue showing support for AKA after the tragic loss of his fiancée Anele 'Nelli' Tembe. Nelli died on Sunday 11 April after apparently falling from the 10th floor of the Pepperclub hotel in Cape Town. At the time of her death, those close to AKA said he was beside himself with grief and had sought counselling. Kaya FM's Sizwe is among the thousands who have continued to send well wishes to AKA and his loved ones, reminding fans that the families still need our prayers. “Guys, just a reminder to please continue to keep Kiernan and the Tembe family in your prayers,” tweeted Sizwe. BREAKING: Veteran radio host Grant Shakoane has died

  Veteran radio host Grant Shakoane is no more. He was 82 years old. “Although he has not been feeling well for some time, his passing has cut deep", Family spokesman Alex Shakoane said. “We’ve lost someone we will never be able to replace. “Grant was one of a kind. He brought us together as a family, made us laugh and realise the importance of family,” he said. He thanked everyone for their support and messages of condolences. “Details of his funeral and memorial service will be shared soon,” he said. Tributes have been pouring in since news of Grant’s death broke. Former Radio Bop presenter, Hector “Motivator” Motau, said Grant’s death left him in shock. “His passing hit me hard. It was the last thing I expected. “What makes it worse is that he just lost his son two months ago,” he said. Hector said he’s going to miss the radio veteran.   Mafikizolo's Nhlanhla Nciza has bared her soul in an open letter to her son about the heartbreak of her daughter's death, which left her feeling like she may never see another day. Taking to Instagram, Nhlanhla penned the birthday message to her five-year-old son, Luvuyo, thanking him for being there in her darkest moments. “You are the reason I wake up every day and strive to be a better person than I was, the reason I want to do good and the reason I'm excited about the future. You, my son, are the reason I'm alive.
